1. Checking Admission Requirements
Before submitting your application, ensure that you meet the specific admission requirements for your chosen program. Depending on the program, academic or professional prerequisites may apply.
2. Submitting Your Application
To apply, you must complete the online application form and provide the following documents:
1. If you are a Canadian citizen, please prepare the following:
- Birth certificate
- High school transcripts and diplomas
- Proof of health insurance
2. If you are a naturalized Canadian citizen, please provide:
- Birth certificate
- Québec Selection Certificate (CSQ)
- Citizenship certificate
- Transcripts and diplomas or equivalency certificates
- Proof of health insurance
3. If you are a permanent resident, please provide:
- Birth certificate
- Québec Selection Certificate (CSQ)
- Permanent Resident Card or IMM 5292
- Transcripts and diplomas or equivalency certificates
- Proof of health insurance
4. If you are an international student, please provide:
- Study permit
- CAQ (Québec Acceptance Certificate)
- Birth certificate
- Transcripts and diplomas
- Proof of language proficiency (e.g., IELTS 6.0 minimum or TEFAQ, Level B2)
- CV (optional)
- Proof of health insurance
Important Notes:
- All submitted documents must be in French or English and must be original documents.
- Response times may vary depending on application volume.
- Admission fees may apply based on the chosen program. These non-refundable fees must be paid when submitting the application.
3. Application Review and Interview (if required)
Once your application is received, our admissions team will review your file to ensure it meets the program requirements. Some programs may require an interview with a faculty member to assess your motivation and educational goals.
4. Receiving the Letter of Admission
After reviewing your application, you will receive a response via email within a reasonable timeframe. If your application is accepted, you will receive a Letter of Admission (LOA) along with instructions to confirm your enrollment.
5. Enrollment and Tuition Payment
To finalize your admission, you must:
- Confirm your place by returning the signed educational service contract.
- Pay tuition fees according to the specified terms.
- Register for courses based on your program and session start date.
6. Orientation and Start of Classes
Once your enrollment is complete, you will receive all necessary information to begin your studies successfully, including:
- Access to your student portal.
- Class schedule.
- Orientation guide and available services.
An orientation session is held before each semester to help you get familiar with the campus, educational resources, and faculty and administrative teams.
